It's important that you have the Perio trays and prescribed Perio gels before using.
Apply a thin line of Perio gel on the top of the tooth line, near the gum area, there should be a small reservoir present where you can apply the gel.
Once the gel is applied to your trays let them sit on your teeth/gums for 10-15 minutes, or until advised to.
