Can I use whitening gels with my retainer? Clear Dental Retainer | Qty: 1 (Upper or Lower) Retainers

You can, but it will not be as effective as using whitening trays. The retainers will be very tight on your teeth and push the gel up and onto your gums. This can lead to potential damage to the gums and the whitening gel needs oxygen to work. With the retainer being so tight, it won't activate as well due to lack of oxygen. We suggest adding on a pair of whitening trays to your order if you are interested in both retainers and whitening trays.
