What if my 3D mold gets damaged or lost being sent to you ?

To ensure your molds are well-protected during shipping, we recommend wrapping them securely in bubble wrap and placing them in a box rather than a bubble mailer. We will provide you with a USPS label that includes tracking for your package. So far, we’ve never experienced a lost package. If you prefer to ship your molds to us yourself, you’re welcome to do so, provided you include insurance and delivery confirmation. Additionally, we will always issue a refund for products not created by us if the request is made within six months of the order date.
