I have permanent fixed wire retainer will this be an issue?

I have a permanent retainer placed in the back of my front teeth. Do your retainers work well with this ? I know that at my old orthodontist the created little bubbles in the back of the tooth so the retainer wouldn't wear the wire out.

Having a fixed wire retainer isn't an issue. We will do the same as what your dentist did. We will block out the area so that the retainer will fit over the wire retainer. This isn't an issue for us at all and is very common.
