Yes, we make thinner 3mm Mouth guards. However, to add graphics, they need to be 6mm thick. We start with a layer of color material, then apply the graphics, and finally add an additional 3mm layer of clear material. This ensures the graphics are permanently embedded in the mouthguard, unlike the easily rubbed-off graphics of boil and bite style mouthguards.
