Yes, you want to clean your night guard after ever use. The best way to clean your night guard is just with castile soap (unscented pure soap) and soft tooth brush. You don't want to use tooth paste to clean your guard. Twice a week recommend using a soak cleaner like fresh guard to give your guard a deep clean.
If your guard is past the cleaning stage a replacement would be needed. We have 5 different types of guards available. Custom Night Guards | Mouth Guards For Teeth Grinding (sportingsmiles.com)
